For our partners, this means clear communication, binding agreements, and structured handling at a high professional standard. We carefully review every inquiry, coordinate availability, clarify organizational and technical requirements, and ensure that all relevant conditions are agreed upon well in advance.

An essential part of our service is professional technical preparation. Together with you, we determine the equipment required for each performance, assess the existing on-site conditions, and, if necessary, develop a customized technical rider. This ensures that the technical requirements meet the needs of the respective DJ and that the artistic performance runs as smoothly as possible.

In addition, we handle all the administrative aspects of the booking. This includes preparing transparent quotes, negotiating contractual terms, and providing reliable billing after the event concludes. This ensures that our partners benefit from a clearly structured process with transparent terms and professional administrative support.

Our agency stands for professionalism, reliability, and long-term partnerships. We value transparent contract terms, fair conditions, and smooth communication among all parties involved. This allows us to create a solid foundation for professional collaboration and a carefully prepared artist performance.

Our services include artist management, arranging and coordinating DJ bookings, as well as handling the organizational, technical, and administrative aspects related to the booked performance.

Responsibility for the planning, execution, safety, official permits, attendance figures, profitability, and the overall success of the event lies with the booking party or the event organizer. We assume no responsibility for the commercial, organizational, or audience-related success of the event.

The artistic design of the performance is the responsibility of the respective booked artist within the scope of the agreed booking. Musical selection, artistic presentation, and performance are carried out in accordance with the artist’s style, profile, and professional judgment, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Upon booking, 50% of the agreed fee is due as a deposit. The remaining balance must be received in full no later than the date of the performance. This also applies to all additional agreed-upon costs, in particular travel, lodging, transportation, or other performance-related expenses, unless these are covered directly by the organizer. You can find all further details regarding the booking of one of our artists and the cancellation policy in our Artist Agreement. Registration with GEMA (usually the setlist is sufficient) is always the responsibility of the organizer and must be submitted to the local collecting society of the respective country unsolicited and independently. Registration with the KSK (Artists’ Social Security Fund) must also be carried out by the organizer without being asked, but only if the performance takes place in Germany.

Likewise, the responsibility for providing a suitable event venue, complying with legal requirements, and fulfilling all event-related obligations lies with the organizer, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
