Hire of lighting, sound and conference equipment
Do you need equipment for your event? We can help you with that! We have sound technology for all requirements in stock and can also put your event in the right light with our LED lighting technology. We also offer our customers conference technology, such as clip-on microphones or projectors. As we have everything in stock, we can also fulfil last-minute requests.

We offer the following rental options:
- Delivery and installation / collection and deinstallation (at extra cost)
- Supervision of your event (for an additional charge)
- elf-collection and return by the customer (only for regular customers or new customers with valid ID, advance payment and security deposit in the amount of the equipment value)
Note: This is exclusively a rental of the items. The costs refer to a rental and not to the purchase of the rental item. All rental items remain in our possession before, during and after the rental period. The hirer does not acquire any claim/share in the rental item by renting it for a fee!
Liability, extension and delay in return
- The renter is fully liable for any damage or loss of the rented items. In the event of damage or loss, we reserve the right to withhold the security deposit in full until the final cost calculation and return of the item from repair or arrival of the replacement order.
- An extension of the hire period is only possible by prior arrangement and must be agreed again in terms of costs if it is a flat-rate offer, otherwise the per-day hire price applies. The standard hire period is 1 day or 24 hours, starting and ending at 10.00 am.
- If the return is delayed until 13:00 on the agreed return day, we will charge a penalty of 50% of the agreed hire costs in addition to the total amount, after which the full rate per day will apply. We reserve the right to apply this regulation even if a delay is notified in good time. The difference must be paid immediately on site in cash, otherwise the hire period will continue to apply until the outstanding amount has been paid in full.
Purchase of technical equipment
We are listed as a reseller with various wholesalers. We are therefore happy to offer you technical equipment for purchase on request. Prepayment applies to all orders after the order has been placed. After receipt of payment, we will order the goods and keep them ready for collection at our agency or deliver them personally on request for an additional charge.
